18U Baseball Academy — Fall 2026

Ages 16–18 as of 5/1/2027

The 18U Academy is the pinnacle of RBI Austin baseball. This is where we develop the players who represent RBI Austin at the MLB Nike RBI Southwest Regional and, Lord willing, the World Series.

But our mission runs deeper than the diamond. These are young men on the doorstep of everything that comes after high school — playing at the next level, earning a college degree, or entering the workforce — and we're preparing them for all of it. We coach them hard, we hold them to a standard, and we point them toward something bigger than themselves.

Players train twice a week, once on the field and once indoors, and compete in 2 tournaments plus one showcase event from mid-August through mid-November. Weekly devotionals are part of practice.
